Second floor room with sea view from the French window, stone walls, parquet floors and modern bathroom. The room is equipped with en suite bathroom (with shower), flat-screen TV, fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine (with complimentary coffee and tea- but no breakfast), small safe, WiFi connection, heat and ceiling fan (no air conditioning).  

The room can be setup with n.1 queen bed or 2 single beds. When booking, specify which type of bed you require. If not specified, the room will be prepared with n.1 queen bed.

Furthermore, upon request and at an extra cost, a fold out bed can be added.

Ground floor room with partial sea view, stone walls, tiled floors and modern bathroom.  The room is equipped with en suite bathroom (with shower), flat-screen TV, fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine (with complimentary coffee and tea- but no breakfast), small safe, WiFi connection, heat and ceiling fan (no air conditioning). 

The view from the window is of the typical fishing boats in the marina and of the houses in front of our structure. However, once you open the front door, you find yourself right over the boat landing in the RIomaggiore marina.
